Revision 1.1 (2026-08-23)
All purchases on Turnleaves — Premium and Premium+ subscriptions and generation credit packs — are sold by our merchant of record, Paddle. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. This policy is offered by Vadim G. Biktimirov, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Russian Federation (INN 025805298896, OGRNIP 326028000188150), and applies in addition to Paddle's Buyer Terms and any rights you have under local law.
Operator details may be updated upon registration of the Kazakhstan entity; the current version of this document is authoritative.
You may request a full refund of a subscription payment within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal charge, provided the subscription is substantially unused in that billing period — meaning you have not consumed the generation allowance beyond a trivial amount (up to 3 generated chapters for testing). If you have made meaningful use of the paid features in the period, we may decline the refund or offer a pro-rated one at our discretion.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in Profile → “Subscription” → Cancel auto-renewal (and resume it there before the period ends); you keep access until the end of the paid period, and no further charges occur. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period — request a refund separately if you are within the window above.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital services and content, when you start generating chapters or spend credits you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose the right of withdrawal for what has already been supplied. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that cannot be waived, including remedies for defective digital content.
We may refuse refunds requested in bad faith, such as repeated purchase-consume-refund cycles, and may suspend accounts engaged in refund abuse or chargeback fraud.
